Description
Our client is looking for a Bilingual Mortgage Administrator to join their team on a contract basis.
This is a French bilingual role with a hybrid working schedule in the downtown Vancouver office. This person will sit on a 5 person west cost mortgage admin team but will also collaborate with the east coast team and will support Quebec files as required.
The role includes;
30% instructing third parties on the funding
70% reviewing and moving the process forward
Key tasks include;
Quality Assurance
Supporting construction draws
New loan advances
Renewals
Assumptions
Take out conversion loans
