  • The position will report directly to the Personal Lines Business Manager_

What does the Personal Lines Business Advisor do?

  • Assist PL Business Manager with Personal Lines projects, branch support, market support, and support to Managing Partners.
  • Offer direct support to PL Business Lines Manager
  • Collaborate with BIG Marketing team to craft and deliver updates and communication to individual branches.
  • Assist in thorough Client File Review & Collection processes.
  • Entry of incoming tasks into tracking system and ensure timely followup.
  • Assist with claim support as needed.
  • Provide support to Business Relationship Managers.
  • Liaison between branch offices and markets to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with the BIG Quality Assurance Team to conduct Market Audits.
  • Manage department inboxes.
  • Prepare and update Personal Lines Job aids as required.
  • Assist in managing the Personal Lines SharePoint Site efficiently.

Qualification & Education:


  • RIBO licensed
  • 57+ years of industry experience
  • Good working knowledge of Applied Rater, Power Broker and other inhouse platforms
  • Experienced with various market portals and service workflows
