    We are looking for a Broker Relationship Manager to join our team at BIG Head Office in Welland. The role involves actively managing relationships with Branch Managing Partners and Market connections. The Broker Relationship Manager will report directly to the Director of Business Development.
    Responsibilities of the Broker Relationship Manager:
    • Actively nurture relationships with Managing Partners and Markets
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new Managing Partners and ensure their success
    • Serve as the main point of contact for branches
    • Manage feedback and pinpoint areas for enhancing Head Office support services
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance operational efficiency
    • Handle business inquiries and address complaints efficiently
    • Conduct product, sales, system, and technology training as necessary
    • Generate reports and conduct quarterly scorecard meetings
    • Undertake other projects to bolster the relationships between Head Office & Managing Partners
    Desired Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong team player with a positive attitude and change-driving capabilities
    • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with stakeholders
    • Solid grasp of Insurance, particularly in the Broker space
    • Exceptional interpersonal and networking abilities
    • Committed to high performance standards and accountability
    • Effective organization and time management skills
    • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
    • Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
    Qualifications & Education:
    • RIBO Licensed
    • 3-5+ years of experience in Insurance
    • Possession of other Provincial broker licenses considered an asset
    • 3+ years of leadership experience seen as an asset
