OVERVIEW:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience working in two or more data analytics and data warehousing projects is required.
Must have Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
Experience participating and facilitating business process model discovery and planning workshops and requirements gathering sessions to elicit business and technical requirements.
Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Experience preparing project documents including, but not limited to, testing plans, and use cases and user stories based on business processes.
Experience analyzing business requirements and translating into business rules.
Experience defining and outlining the scope of the business problem, opportunity, business outcome and identifying solution alternatives.
Experience preparing the business for change by conducting organizational readiness activities.
Experience developing training, training materials and facilitate training for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Experience working with Microsoft PowerBI is considered an asset.
Excellent communication written and verbal in English is required.
Must be authorized to work in Canada and be able to work onsite in Regina, SK for the duration of the project.
