What you'll do
-
Digital & In-Store Technology Roadmap Development:end-to-end input and support in strategic development of the Digital and In-Store Technology roadmap including creating a centralized view of the long term (+3 years) Digital roadmap, helping to lead QBRs & BRPs, actively tracking KPIs & OKRs, strategic resource allocation, initiative prioritization and key executional support. This role will interface with Dealer committees on a regular basis ensuring Dealer alignment and communicating progress on key initiatives.

Ad Hoc Project Work: responsible for strategic development, management, and, execution of horizontal customer experiences across CTC by utilizing key data insights to drive forward and prioritize capabilities & improvements and to deliver on NPS and sales growth results.

Capital Management & Planning:responsible for supporting the management of a large eight-figure capital expenditure portfolio; helping to lead annual planning exercises and in-year management ensuring capital is effectively allocated to initiatives best suited to drive strategic objectives.

Omni-Channel Performance Management - Operational Scorecard Development and Management, ensuring the team is tracking to key performance metrics and adjusting as needed.

Strategic Execution:help lead long-term strategic initiatives and consistently evaluate new market opportunities for the Digital business.

Executive Reporting, Analysis & Updates:consistently support the crafting and articulation of the Digital story and key materials to the senior leadership team.

Digital Employee Engagement & Culture Building:participate in key activities developed to improve culture and belonging amongst Digital team members (Townhalls, Showcases, Committees etc.). Responsible for the evolution of culture activities and driving employee engagement scores.

Ad Hoc Strategic Work:
in partnership with AVP, act as
key contact for highly sensitive and confidential work. Take high-level ideas from strategic concepts to actionable work.

Executive Facilitation & Support:support the Digital & Connected Retail team in a variety of functions including staff meeting facilitation, KPI tracking, annual planning and objective setting.


What you bring

  • University degree in business; an MBA or equivalent is an asset
  • 5+ years' work experience; ideally includes experience delivering strategy work
  • Experience leading and developing teams with direct reports
  • A keen interest in improving CTC's digital strategy and demonstrated strategic thinking skills
  • Expert skills in Power point and Excel
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams, facilitation, program/project management, financial analysis
  • Exceptional business judgment and ability to identify/gather relevant data, synthesize large amounts of data into key points and structure complex problems/concepts into logical elements
  • Strong problem solving and analysis, financial modelling and business case development skills
  • Excellent written communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Ability to provide clear articulation of complex problems and findings
