Description
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to tackle a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.You will be vital in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and successfully in support of our rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Secretarial and clerical support
- Manage multiline phone systems and public address systems
- Answer electronic enquiries,
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems,
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents,
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information,
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional, and a great communication skills
- Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook

$50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
