- Diploma of Business Administration from an accredited institution, plus three (3) to five (5) years progressive administrative assistant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with physicians and key stakeholders in an effective and professional manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external partners to develop strategic relationships.
- Effective promotional and marketing skills.
- Experience in Project Management and/or Quality Improvement considered an asset.
- Ability to foster effective working relationships, both internal and external, at all levels across multiple sites and organizations.
- Ability to organize and catalogue multiple document types, including organizational policy, invoices and contracts.
- Ability to provide client focused services.
- Ability to organize and prioritize a diverse workload.
- Ability to function with little or no supervision and to effectively handle pressure with a varied workload and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of office processes, management, and improvements for regional teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of common computer applications including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email software.

Position SummaryThe Administrative Coordinator, Nurse Practitioners Team (NPT) is responsible for ensuring and supporting effective and timely coordination and functioning of key administrative processes, projects, and programs.
The position is also responsible for coordinating, organizing, and providing confidential administrative support to the Regional Directors, Nurse Practitioners.This position will have responsibilities related to budget and project funding, human resources, and recruitment, liaising with various internal and external partners, contract management and policy.
