About the opportunity
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible for lot maintenance, parking control, and vehicle arrangement


Specifically:
- maintain company parking lots; rearrange vehicles as needed to maximize space and parking availability
- maintain the condition of showroom vehicles
- organize vehicle displays
- receive vehicles into inventory by registering and storing keys safely, inspecting vehicles
- clean and prepare service loaners for the daily valet appointments
- operate company shuttle vehicle
- shuttle customers & their cars to and from the dealership ensuring efficient and safe transportation
- participate in the organization of the dealership parking lots, including removing debris and snow, as required
- maintain communication with service advisors, document trips, including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point, and ensure that all customers are serviced
- participate in the maintenance of company premises, including removal of litter, debris, and snow; maintenance of plants and grounds; removal of visible hazards, et cetera


About you.

  • 1 to 3 years of previous vehicle valet/parking; dealership experience preferred
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- valid G Class Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- ability to adapt to a changing environment
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written) to guests
- ability to maintain professionalism
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
