- Participate in the payroll cycle;
- Participate in certain accounting operations related to the accounts payable cycle;
- Participate in accounting operations related to the accounts receivable cycle;
- Participate in month-end closing activities related to assigned operations;
- Ensure accurate transaction recording in accounting systems;
- Prepare certain reports related to governmental compliance;
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on operational needs;
- Utilize analytical thinking to identify specific unique situations or challenges and effectively communicate them to the manager.
- AEC, DEP, or DEC in Accounting;
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in accounting;
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel);
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
- High level of organization and attention to detail in work;
- Advanced proficiency in both English and French;
- Openness to change and adaptability;
- Ability to commute to the office at least once a week;
- Since you will be regularly interacting with English-speaking colleagues located outside of Québec, proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and read) is preferable.
