Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of services to our clients. Your role will involve administrative tasks, budgeting, program management, and supervising staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for clients
- Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain highquality standards
- Monitor service activities to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively
- Develop and maintain budgets for service projects
- Track expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance
- Conduct program evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Supervise service staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent program management abilities
- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Pay:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
