Job Duties

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement datadriven financial models and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and drive business growth
Design and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance against annual operating plans
Identify and analyze trends and patterns in financial data to support forecasting and scenario planning
Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support budgeting, forecasting, and longrange planning
Manage a team to provide accurate and timely financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support business decisionmaking
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
Support the CFO and senior management team with ad hoc financial analysis as required to support the business needs

Key Competencies

Proven experience with data analysis and financial modeling
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate complex financial data to nonfinancial stakeholders
Proficiency with data visualization tools
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop team members
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in finance or related field
Professional accounting designation
Minimum 5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, or related field
