    ~ Ce poste est place sous la responsabilite du directeur des programmes et de la qualite et les principaux objectifs du poste sont les suivants,
    Diriger et piloter le plan de progres et le reseau d'amelioration des performances de l'entite.
    Diriger des projets d'amelioration majeurs contribuant a ameliorer les performances de l'organisation.
    Promouvoir un etat d'esprit d'amelioration continue et former aux methodologies Lean-Sigma.

    Mettre en uvre la structure de la gestion de projet.
    Identifier et mettre en uvre des projets d'amelioration ambitieux en utilisant des methodes telles que Lean Sigma.
    Piloter le projet en integrant sa gestion du changement.
    Soutenir et coacher les pilotes de projet pour les projets Green Belt et developper leurs competences.
    Formation : Licence en ingenierie/affaires/operations.
    Experience :2 a 3 ans d'experience dans l'amelioration continue, la fabrication, la chaine d'approvisionnement, les services a la clientele, la production, la qualite, l'ingenierie, les technologies de l'information, la logistique ou la planification.

    Competences informatiques : Maitrise des logiciels courants, y compris la suite MS Office - Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.
    Des competences en matiere de communication orale et ecrite en francais et en anglais sont requises.
    Connaissance de la gestion de projet et de la gestion des risques.

    ~ This position will reports to Programs and Quality Director and the main objectives of the position are,
    Lead and drive the progress plan and performance improvement network of the entity.
    Lead major improvement projects contributing to enhance the performance of the organization.
    To implement the structure of the project management.
    To Identify & implement ambitious improvement projects using methods such as Lean Sigma
    To drive the project in incorporating its change management
    To support and coach project pilots for Green Belt projects and develop their skills.
    Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Operations.
    Quality; Logistics or Planning.

    Computer Skills: Proficiency in the use of common software packages including MS Office suite - Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint
    Spoken and written communication skills in French and English are required.
    Knowledge of project management and risks management.
