Our servers and bartenders are responsible for consistently providing excellent service to members in all dining areas by providing prompt service, maintaining strong working knowledge of; all menu items, wine, beer, beverages, and daily features as well as Club events.

In keeping with Rosedale standards, our servers and bartenders are expected to become familiar with member preferences thus offering personalized service.

Our servers and bartenders shall perform these duties in a professional, friendly manner and ensure the member has an extraordinary banquet dining experience by delivering inspired service.

JOB DUTIES

Greets members with a smile, making eye contact and addressing them by their surname name
Support and assists teammates as needed and demonstrates team mentality through sharing of information and expertise and putting team success first
Set tables to laid out standards, ensuring all items used are clean, full and undamaged
Complete preshift duties ensuring adequate levels of stock and mise en place items
Attend and participate in daily briefings, training sessions and staff meetings
Be continually aware of and maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress, and conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times in all areas of the Club House
Treat fellow staff members with respect and courtesy maintaining a positive environment
