Human Resources Assistant Consultant
We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant Consultant to assist and support the Seafarer Certification Group with the various human resources documentation required to process staffing requests in a timely manner.
The Human Resources Assistant Consultant will work on an 'as required basis', as requested by the Manager for the National Program Integration and Coordination, Seafarer Certification Group.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaise with hiring managers, directors, and Human Resources (HR) group to ensure constancy and timely progression of the HR staffing processes.
- Review, edit and/or draft any required documentation (e.g. Statement of Merit Criteria (SoMC), Assessments against SoMCs) in order to process staffing actions.
- Providing advice and/or performing activities related to classification such as liaising with appropriate managers/groups, drafting documentation and briefing managers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Experience working on classification projects and/or classification related activities.
- Five years of Human Resources experience.
- Security Clearance Certificate
