The opportunity

The Specialized Retail Lending department is currently looking for a bilingual dynamic individual to join their team as an Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

Recommend for approval more complex loan transactions up to $1,000,000
Prioritization of daily work
Adjudicate security requirements on existing loan portfolio
Review loans for satisfactory repayment history, correct and continued security documentation and status
Adherence to risk/ audit / compliance requirements
Meet and exceed defined service level agreements and engage Manager if SLA's are not met
Support Manager in the identification of efficiencies to improve operational effectiveness
Identify training gap opportunities, workflow gaps and bring them to Manager's attention
Take the lead on completing missing procedures on Manuknow

What we are looking for

35 years of lending experience
Excellent PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Good conflict resolution skills
Sound problem solving skills and strong negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent time management skills, and ability to organize, multitask
Team oriented with a positive attitude
High accuracy skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to interpret business financial statements / accounts
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent knowledge of Banking policies, procedures and products
Strong knowledge of banking industry
Strong knowledge of banking systems
Sound knowledge of insurance and investmentbased products
