Position Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide a broad range of administrative, coordination and functional support for the Nespresso HR team, based at our Montreal office.

Reporting into the B2C HR Manager, this role supports the Talent Acquisition team on a variety of tasks and responsibilities that encompass the end-to-end hourly employees recruitment process for Boutiques and administrative activities relating to salaried recruitment.


A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Below are some of the key areas you will be leading for Talent Acquisition for our Boutiques:

  • Support end to end recruitment and hiring process for hourly boutique employees Canada
  • Lead proactive sourcing for hard to fill roles or aging requisitions
  • Draft of job postings and review of resumes in ATS and job boards (Indeed)
  • Shortlist and presentation of resumes to hiring manager
  • Draft offer letters, execute background checks and oversee onboarding
  • Provide administrative support and coverage for the HR team members as needed
  • Conduct research and analysis, develop & revise policies/processes for special projects

What will make you successful?

You will also have:

  • Strong customer service orientation along with a high degree of attention to detail and sensitivity to confidential information.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market.
  • 12 years of related HR experience or experience supporting a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with automated Applicant Tracking Systems an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with a positive, professional style
  • Detail, process and metric oriented
