Family Services York Region (FSYR) is a not-for-profit mental health agency providing counselling and outreach support services to individuals, couples, families, groups and communities across York Region.

We are hiring a permanent part-time or full-time Admin Support to join our team The Admin Support is responsible for a variety of data entry, administrative and in office customer service duties, as well as support for a team of therapists. The Admin Support is also responsible for ensuring that assigned programs, groups and services are supported effectively and efficiently.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of related office experience.
  • Postsecondary education or equivalent related work experience required.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work remotely from home with internet capacity and in the office, as required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including a minimum of two evenings per week.
  • An energetic and welcoming personality with ability to be versatile, flexible and a team player.
  • A satisfactory current Vulnerable Sector Screening.
  • Fluency in second language is an asset.
  • Experience in social media, graphic design, communications and/or IT is an asset.
