Accountabilities:
How You Will Make an Impact


The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering digital marketing campaigns to support the growth and expansion of Kinectrics products and services around the world.

As a core member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Campaign Strategist will own and streamline our library of online/printed literature and all digital assets, website, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

As well as bring a technical skill set using web metrics programs, Google Analytics and Google Search Console, design software (Adobe Creative suite), with experience using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation software.


General Accountabilities

  • SEM management, campaign optimization and maintenance, through targeting bids, creative budgets, A/B testing.
  • Responsible for the social media calendar and posting to the social media accounts.
  • Prepare, update, and manage online database of Product & Service Line literature/sales tools, including product data sheets, brochures, presentations, case studies, videos, and photos.
  • Works with the Senior Marketing leadership to develop and execute approved digital strategies, marketing plans and creative briefs that drive brand awareness and maintain brand equity.
  • Produces and deploys all Marketing content to reach our target audience. Content includes company profile, contact information, press releases and relevant news items, product & service offerings, or case studies of major projects, etc.
  • Report on campaigns using analytics tools, including ROI, ROAS and other relevant KPI's.
  • Provide status reports directly to Senior Marketing Leadership, as required.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, print/digital advertisements, press releases and other promotional materials as required.
  • Other duties as required.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Completion of a 3year college program in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 6 years' experience (minimum) in a fastpaced technical environment, preferably in the energy sector. With extensive knowledge in modern digital marketing, communications, and marketing automation software, Webinars, Google analytics, and PPC/SEM campaigns.
  • 6 years of experience with advanced skills with all social media platforms, social media scheduling, and to enhance and promote website pages, campaigns, social media content and other media files, including any digital media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid copywriting experience in
