Job summary

We're looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst who loves solving problems and keeping teams running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day tech support, managing the helpdesk queue, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting onboarding and office IT needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or similar technical support role
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,
