Responsibilities
- Providing inoffice administrative support to the Sales Team
- Work with Sales Team to understand job specifications and requirements
- Generating, inputting and organizing estimates and orders for projects
- General office administrative duties
- Other task and/or duties requested or required by management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Basic computer and MS Office skills
- Basic math skills (measurements and conversions)
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment with support.
- Well organized and excellent prioritizing skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Capable of working under pressure
- Team player
- Dependable and looking for a challenge
- General product knowledge of windows and doors considered and asset
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings considered and asset
