Room Attendant

Duties are but not limited to:

Clean and maintain assigned rooms in accordance with established standards and procedures
Clean showers, steam rooms, toilets and distribute clean towels.
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
Empty trash containers and replace liners
Replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is preferred
Knowledge of buffing techniques is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
