is a family-owned company that has been serving Regina and Saskatoon for the last 59 years and we are growing As a result, we are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our Company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBIILITIES

Promote a positive and fun workplace culture.
Audit required documents prior to start of work.
Competent understanding of systems for both project and maintenance agreements. Effectively price and recommend maintenance programs.
Train, direct, and evaluate team members in the proper, accurate, and timely completion of paperwork.
Understand the timing of work and how it relates to others.
Direct and monitor team members in development, communication, and redemption of schedules.
Instruct and direct team members in the proper, accurate, and timely completion of all paperwork.
Understand the relationship between performance, customer satisfaction, and new business.
Instruct and direct team members to ensure costeffective and efficient use of equipment, tools, and materials while ensuring efficient field operations.

COMPETENCIES/ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Strong leadership skills

Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Bus. Admin or others.)

OR

5+ years of experience with Commercial HVAC systems

Coaching and leadership experience

Superior relationship-building skills

2-5+ years of Management experience

Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk

Mechanical aptitude

Strong communication skills - both written and oral

Coaching and leadership experience

Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

ABILITY TO COMMUTE/RELOCATE:

Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Pay:
$80,000.00-$130,000.00 per hour
