WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

35 years' experience working as a leader in a customer service/ property management/hospitality focused environment.
Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience.
Someone that thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry.
Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others in achieving exceptional customer service standards.
Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including oncall as required to attend to emergencies.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Community Managers are confident leaders who are committed to inspiring staff, while themselves providing exceptional service to residents.

They have the ability to evaluate economic trends, profitability and marketing issues, while providing a heightened and customized residence experience.
