About the Position:


Key Responsibilities:

***- Deliver service and support to end-users in person, phone, via remote connection or over the Internet.

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and make scheduled call backs to employees where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Create user accounts and configure hardware as part of onboarding process.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms.
  • Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures and escalate priority issues when appropriate.
  • Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and ticket tracking system.
  • Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.

Job Requirements:


Education & Experience:


  • Postsecondary education and/or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 24 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must have expert understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating systems as well as be familiar with iOS and Android.
  • Active Directory and Office 36
  • Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices (iOS, Android).


  • Client PC connectivity

  • Ethernet, Wi-Fi, VPN, and networking protocols and standards.
  • File server knowledge.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is an asset.
  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written.

  • A professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible with a "cando" attitude and "no task is too big or too small" attitude.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Make sound judgment calls, problem solve independently, and work as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities.
  • The ability to take initiative and be proactive is essential.
  • Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
