About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

***- Deliver service and support to end-users in person, phone, via remote connection or over the Internet.

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Follow up on outstanding requests and make scheduled call backs to employees where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Create user accounts and configure hardware as part of onboarding process.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms.
Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
Research required information using available resources.
Follow standard processes and procedures and escalate priority issues when appropriate.
Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and ticket tracking system.
Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Postsecondary education and/or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Minimum of 24 years of experience in a technical support role.
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Must have expert understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating systems as well as be familiar with iOS and Android.
Active Directory and Office 36
Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices (iOS, Android).

Client PC connectivity

Ethernet, Wi-Fi, VPN, and networking protocols and standards.
File server knowledge.
Experience with Yardi Voyager is an asset.
Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

A professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexible with a "cando" attitude and "no task is too big or too small" attitude.
Strong customer service skills.
Make sound judgment calls, problem solve independently, and work as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities.
The ability to take initiative and be proactive is essential.
Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
