Pravada Floors Inc., based out of South Surrey, British Columbia, is a leading North American wood flooring manufacturer. Our stylish and popular wood flooring products are a preferred choice for designers, architects, and builders. We are a fast-expanding business with a passion for growing our company with like-minded and equally passionate individuals.This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

DUTIES:
- Responsible for daytoday operations such as order entry, order processing, and coordination of shipping/receiving.
- Responsible for daily customer account correspondence including product and account inquiries.
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of product inventory.
- General sales and customer service support.
- Responsible for sending out monthly account statements including contacting accounts for payment and collections.
- Filing, organizing, and answering phone calls.
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Work efficiently in a fastpaced environment, demanding customer environment with a variety of tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Show a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Must be detailoriented and an excellent team player.
