The Job

Our office in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a BIM Modeler to assist with designing buildings and providing technical support to our structural projects in areas such as Life Sciences, Tech, Civic, Education, Mixed-use, and Healthcare.

Here are the details of your duties in this role:

Assist with developing drawing sets, plans and details with Engineers
Provide guidance to Engineers for detail development
Develop and coordinate construction documents
May act as a coordinator on projects

Your Background
To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following basic requirements:

Completion of a technical college diploma in Architecture/Engineering or Construction
5+years of structural drafting experience and a minimum of 1 year experience with Revit Structure
A solid amount experience creating construction documents using a variety of construction types and building uses.

Concrete High Rise, Steel framing, Load Bearing Masonry, Wood Framing, using
Revit:

Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to work with design team and work on multiple projects at the same time
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to work with the design team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
Ability to work overtime when required
