The Account Manager will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and be responsible for managing the co-manufacturing partnerships and building out and managing BZAM's accessory line.

This role will be empowered to manage external relationships and key partnerships autonomously while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and product is shipped on budget.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and manage the relationships and partnerships with external comanufacturers
Build and maintain strong relationships with external comanufacturers in the industry by building trust and strong stakeholder management practices
Work with external comanufacturers on product listings
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Quality to ensure efficient operations and processes
Manage BZAM's accessory portfolio and business' by seeking out new opportunities and managing current relationships and key partnerships
Work with Sales to roadmap the launch and sales strategy of new and current accessories within our product mix
Consistently keep uptodate on all trends within the industry to ensure bestinclass accessories
Partner with Chief Commercial Officer on additional key projects as they relate to the sales strategy
All other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
35 years' experience in Account Management, Sales or similar positions
Understanding of the Cannabis industry and sales landscape
Knowledge and awareness of Cannabis industry trends and accessories
