    Job Description: Site Superintendent

    Location: Toronto, ON (Project Site)

    Project: High-Rise Residential Condo - 30 Story project

    Position: Site Superintendent

    Overview: A leading real estate development company is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent for a high-rise residential condo project. This project consists of 29 storeys and is currently at the stage of pouring the ground floor slab and verticals. The Site Superintendent will work on-site.

    Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations on the construction site.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain clear and accurate site records and reports.

    • Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Site Superintendent in high-rise residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques and project management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of subcontractors and trades.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Certification in construction safety and health is a plus.
    • Compensation
    $160K+ depending on candidate's experience
