Reporting to the Home Centre Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a
difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach

• Supervise the department including coordination and delegation of duties

• Provide outstanding guest service in the yard and on the radio; load and unload merchandise and maintain cleanliness and order of
merchandise in the yard

• Fill orders, receive freight, deliver and unload product, perform inventory counts

• Build positive relationships with the yard crew, desk and leadership teams

• Perform customer carry out service and product assembly as assigned

• Complete required paperwork based on department standards

• Practice and maintain safe procedures for the handling and stocking of merchandise

• Perform other duties as assigned in all areas of the Home Centre

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service:

• You have a grade 12 or equivalent experience; customer service experience is an asset

• You have experience and knowledge in the building materials industry; estimating and construction experience is an asset

• You are honest and trustworthy, are results orientated, and strive to be the best in the work that you do

• You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision

• You have a valid driver's license, must be willing to obtain forklift certification

• You have the ability to fulfil physical job requirements – Manual labour is required

• You have a flexible work schedule
