The role of Account Representative, Specialized Groups is for you.

In this function, you will be responsible to ensure the highest level of satisfaction from the business customers assigned to you.

Administrative tasks varied and complex will allow you to acquire and share in-depth knowledge at several levels.

This position reports to the Senior Manager - Sales Support, Specialized Groups. The position will be located in Toronto and will work predominantly in the Creative Industries Group.


Your main challenges:


  • Work hand in hand with the account manager by prioritizing and ensuring complex administrative activities and diversified files of specialized teams
  • Ensure that clients are satisfied and increase their loyalty by developing personalized relationships adapted to the needs of each client
  • Optimize interventions with customers and identify business opportunities
  • Open commercial files and respond to various customer requests
  • Support colleagues in resolving nonstandard cases requiring indepth knowledge of the business
  • Identify operational issues, suggest solutions and help develop new procedures.

More specifically, you will:


  • Ensure customer care by offering exceptionnal customer support
  • Carry out various banking operations, from opening accounts to setting up and indexing
- complex financing

  • Perform rigorous control of daytoday activities and see to the general administration of files
  • Monitor pricing, renewals and bank reports while respecting deadlines
  • Collect, compile, verify accuracy and index financial data
  • Establish and maintain effective communications with the various stakeholders involved in the files
  • Act as a coach of less experienced ARs
  • Understand and promote the Bank's products in order to optimize the satisfaction and loyalty of the customer base
  • Optimize and document operational procedures

Competencies required:


  • Threeyear college diploma or the academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and services
  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
