Description

Saskatoon Real Estate Services is currently seeking a part-time live-in caretaker for a twelve-unit residential building at 1017 Avenue C North in Saskatoon.

A newly renovated one-bedroom suite is available with a $100 monthly reduction in rent.

This is a salaried position of $25 per door, plus the opportunity for additional earnings for suite cleaning, move out inspections, minor in-suite maintenance, etc.

Regular duties to include:

Regular check and cleaning of all entrances, hallways, stairwells, etc.
Regular removal of all garbage and debris.
Check and clean laundry rooms on a regular basis.
Check and clean boiler rooms.
Ensure that adequate supplies are on hand to perform janitorial duies.
Cut, weed and water lawns and garden beds as needed.
Keep all sidewalks clean and free of snow and ice at all times.
