Your job

  • Acting as an analyst and contact with business lines
  • Communicate and popularize complex technical concepts to users of analytics platforms
  • Provide an overview of the sector's activities and performance indicators, through the implementation and production of analyses, statistics and dashboards
  • Design and develop the datasets required for the development of KPIs according to best practices
  • Act as an agent of change and ensure the optimization of existing analytical solutions
  • Leverage data to help improve business performance
  • Understand trends and detect anomalies related to data.

IT, this is more than 2,300 experts who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.


This position reports to the Senior Director, Data & Analytics, in the IT - Wealth Management and Brokerage Operations sector.

As part of an experienced team dedicated to data, you will be able to influence decision-makers through your analyses and the production of dashboards.

The team is made up of data analysts, data engineers, and data architects.

Prerequisites

  • Industryrelated bachelor's degree (or academic equivalent) and 5 years of relevant experience or Industryrelated Master's degree and 3 years of experience
  • Experience in Business Intelligence Design
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools
  • Ability to synthesize and empower partners
  • Good communication and influence skills.
