    Description
    GAAP) and financial-related operational reports required under the terms of our clients subsidiary entity credit and equity agreements.
    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and audited annual financial statements;

    Prepare or analyze financial-related reporting for lenders, partners and internal stakeholders including debt service coverage ratios, operating reports, variance analysis, distribution tests, cash flow forecast ratios, etc.

    Actively contribute to the year-end audit.

    Monitor ongoing compliance under our client's subsidiary credit agreements, partnership agreements, and tax equity arrangements; Prepare regulatory compliance forms for governmental entities.

    Projects
    Actively contribute to continued process improvement initiatives focused on automation, streamlining, internal controls, and reducing the risk of human error;

    Provide ad hoc support to other groups within our clients, as it relates to M&A activities, credit rating review, and credit agreement review.

    Experience working with credit agreements;
    Hold or in the process of completing a recognized professional accounting designation (CPA; Solid analytical abilities combined with being highly detail oriented;
    Ability to work confidently in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment and to be flexible in adapting to shifting priorities;
    Financial statement auditing experience.
    Assets
    ~ Knowledge and practical experience with Insight Software's Certent CDM & Disclosure Management, Workiva's Wdesk, IBM Cognos Controller, IFS, OneStream or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

    This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 3 days to perform most effectively.
