Marketing Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

What you will do

Campaigns 60%

Work with the Growth Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and improve lead journeys
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns.
Assist on lead routing and qualification of MQLs

Social Media 20%

Creation and publishing of social media content, including: conception, creation approvals, scheduling, posting, monitoring and engaging.
Ensure social media calendar is in line with Marketing Calendar and Content Calendar
Collaborate on PR initiatives, and reinforce marketing activity through social media

CRM 10%

Assist in tracking campaign metrics and generating reports.
Be the guardian of HubSpot health and hygiene cleaning nomenclature, archives, drafts, lists

Digital support 10%

Coordinate content translation and support website upkeeping.

Your Background

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing with 2+ years of relevant work experience
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, bilingualism preferred
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (desired: HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Slintel)
Understanding of digital marketing concepts
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
Sensitive to data feedback from campaign monitoring to improve lead journeys
Cross functional experience, working alongside Sales and Marketing
