Monday to Friday Corporate ScheduleReporting to the onsite Compass lead, the Guest Services Coordinator & Reservations Agent is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members at a leading technology and consulting firm in downtown Montreal.
Now, if you were to come on board as our Guest Services Coordinator & Reservations Agent , we'd ask you to do the following for us:Provide engaging and anticipative service to all office employees and visitors in both French and English
Work closely with facilities, local technology, and other workplace departments to ensure a flawless guest experience
Share information about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest
Operate telecommunication systems and manage incoming calls
Carry out instructions for security, fire, health, and safety guidelines as required
Manage employee and visitor access to office and building
Assist with room set-ups and catering requests
Support other local offices as required
Light housekeeping duties as required, 25%-50% of the time moving (standing/walking/bending, etc)
Think you have what it takes to be our Guest Services Coordinator & Reservations Agent ? Degree or working experience in a luxury hospitality environment is considered a strong asset - corporate, restaurant or hotels
Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines
Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to learn and be cross-functional
Technical inclination and basic knowledge of office systems and hardware preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Systems
