Customer Care Coordinator (Order Management) at our
Shelburne, Ontario Location.


Customer Care Coordinator (Order Management) Role & Responsibilities**:

  • Day to day order management for a group of customers from receipt to invoicing
  • Ensure that customer Purchase Orders received are compliant for price agreements, quantity agreements and handle daily issues inclusive but not limited to PO discrepancies, refused loads, new SKU's, UPC codes, ordering pattern, duplicate PO's
  • Primary point of contact with customers in regard to daily orders
  • Developing Customer Insight and strong customer relationships
  • Represent the organization daily through customer contact and relationshipbuilding
  • Monitor customer accounts daily to proactively avoid customer issues.
  • Gather information for measurement, analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrating active participation in alignment meetings with Demand Supply Planning team
  • Collaborate with internal departments to drive proactive solutions
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • After hours and weekend oncall rotation to handle any issues that arise during those times

What
you should bring to this position**:


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service/order management position _in a vendor environment_
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a Team crossfunctional environment
  • Multitasking, problem solving and high attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes.
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain an asset
  • Analytical skills, dependability, adaptability and initiative are essential
  • Able to view problems in a positive way and propose solutions
  • Advanced Excel skills and MS Word, minimum of 5 years
  • Experience in SAP & ERP preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of customers, clients, visitors and employees
