Description

The Food and Beverage Service Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service while serving food and drinks to guests in the resort's restaurants, bars, and other food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, take food and drink orders, and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
Set up and maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, ensuring tables are properly set and reset between guests.
Ensure all menu items are prepared to the highest quality standards and in accordance with the resort's specifications.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, seeking assistance from a supervisor when necessary.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort's menu offerings, including daily specials, and be able to answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients.
Attend all scheduled staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and grooming, adhering to the resort's dress code at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a food and beverage service role is preferred but not required
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and move around for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, dishes, and equipment
