    Objectif du poste

    Vous désirez contribuer à l'essor de l'électrification des transports?

    Dana TM4 développe et fabrique des moteurs électriques, générateurs, électronique de puissance et systèmes de contrôle pour les marchés des véhicules commerciaux, passagers, de sports ou de loisirs ainsi que pour les secteurs maritimes, ferroviaires et miniers.     À titre de technicien de test de production, vous serez au premier plan pour supporter les diverses lignes de production, qu'elles soient au Québec, en Chine ou en Inde. Vous serez au cœur d'équipe regroupant des experts de tous les domaines, et devrez faire preuve d'imagination et de créativité afin d'assurer l'efficacité et la qualité des systèmes de traction Dana TM4.

    Tâches et responsabilités du poste

    Fiche de poste-Technicien Électronique, Tests de production


    • Effectuer les tests des unités de production d'entraînement électronique, moteur / générateur, contrôleur;

    • Paramétrer les produits selon les commandes (logiciel, paramètres, etc);

    • Remplir tous les documents de production et de prototypage et les rapports de tests pertinents;

    • Effectuer le déverminage de carte, d'entraînement électronique, moteur/générateur et contrôleur;

    • Identifier et traiter les non-conformités de son secteur;

    • Participer à l'élaboration, la qualification des procédures d'assemblage et de test pour les unités de production et de prototypage;

    • Participer à la conception et à la réalisation des outils et des montages de tests électroniques;

    • Supporter les demandes de l'ingénierie en cours de développement et recommander les changements d'ingénierie requis ou souhaitable et documenter;

    • Participer occasionnellement à la formation d'autres employés;
