As we continue to grow and expand our presence, we are seeking a resourceful and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team.


As Sales Development Representative you will be an integral part of our Business Development team and play a crucial role in driving Landmark's growth.

The primary focus of this position is generating qualified leads through both inbound and outbound sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research, identify and pursue potential clients that align with Landmark's target market and service offerings. Utilize various lead generation techniques to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Networking and Industry Engagement: Act as a brand-ambassador representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team in developing campaigns and collateral that support business development.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the marketplace

Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular updates on business development activities, pipeline progress, and key performance indicators.

Assist with Strategy Development: participate in the development and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the firm's growth objectives and target markets.


Your abilities:


  • Fully bilingual in English and French.
  • At least two years of experience within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and convert leads into successful business partnerships.
  • Proficiency in or willingness to learn CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other technologies that support business development efforts.
  • Highly motivated, forward thinking, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to travel on occasion to meet with prospective clients and attend industry events.
