Temp Admin Assistant.

  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
  • Provide support to visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements as needed
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform data entry tasks as required
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer support experience
