Job summary
The Pacific National Exhibition is seeking an Assistant Manager for its catering department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in the food and beverage industry. They will assist in planning and executing events, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service standards are met.Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of catered events.
- Oversee setup, service breakdown of Corporate BBQs and catered functions.
- Maintain cleanliness safety standards.
