The Coordinator, Marketing participates in the planning and execution of marketing and advertising projects for Advancement and Alumni Engagement, AAE in support of branding and business objectives, including print/digital collateral production, advertising buying and coordination, photo shoot and video filming coordination, and other projects as required.
The Coordinator manages the flow of the creative and production processes for marketing, advertising, and promotional collateral to ensure efficient and effective outcomes; assists with project scoping and briefing; contributes to the development of content for all promotional and advertising vehicles; manages media buying based on approved media plans and tracks the status of projects with various internal stakeholders alumni and donor engagement programs, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and three years of related experience, including experience in the design, planning, and execution of marketing plans, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent knowledge of communication, promotion, and marketing principles and practices.
- Good knowledge of higher education marketing and communications practices, particularly in a brand
- Exceptional project management skills and excellent knowledge of tools for project management.
- Good design skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and relationship management skills.
- Ability to recommend and deliver solutions to marketing and communications challenges.
- Ability to produce high quality brand collateral.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a variety of settings while exercising mature judgment, initiative, professionalism, diplomacy, and tact.
- Ability to arrange suitable transportation to work.
