- Support with general clerical duties, including filing paperwork, answering phones, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, checking mail, and maintaining office supplies;
- Support procurement by managing and placing orders with vendors, maintaining inventory levels, setting up new vendors, following up on overdue POs, finding alternatives to items unavailable, and negotiating better pricing;
- Prepare and process orders, including picking, packing and shipping;
- Assist in scheduling incoming and outgoing shipments, including order processing, inventory management and coordinating with the carriers ensuring on-time delivery;
- Receive incoming shipments, check contents against purchase orders and packing slips, reporting any issues;
- Manage returns and communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery issues;
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management software, Total ETO;
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including organizing stock, conducting monthly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies; labelling and storing items in the proper location;
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks;Perform additional duties and provide support to various departments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certificate is a plus;
- Previous experience in warehouse/logistics and administration is preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Proficiency in inventory management software Total ETO is an asset;
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and reporting;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with a collaborative work style;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and in a team-based environment;
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality and integrity;
- Excellent organizational, multitasking abilities and time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work;
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Ability to lift heavy objects of 50lbs or less;
- Forklift certification preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Sync Robotics is expanding their talented team of individuals and is currently seeking a Shipper and Receiver who would enjoy a hybrid role responsible for administrative tasks and hands-on warehouse responsibilities.
