    Description
    Kelly is seeing a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our client, Canada's food and pharmacy leader located in Cambridge for a 6-12 month opportunity.

    Responsibilities:
    • Extract data from internal systems and export it to Excel.
    • Analyze and verify data accuracy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Utilize Transportation Management System (TMS) to verify and track shipments.
    • Follow purchase orders (POs) through the entire process, from creation to receiving, and ensure compliance with established procedures.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and experience working with logistics software would be an asset
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and assertive attitude.
    What's in it for YOU:

    • 6-12month contract
    • Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days at home Sunday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm
