    Description
    Œuvrant au sein de l'équipe de comptabilité, comptable travaille conjointement avec les membres de l'équipe et sera responsable de la préparation des états financiers consolidés et non consolidés ainsi que diverses analyses demandées par la direction. Dans ce rôle à valeur ajoutée, comptable a l'opportunité de développer et consolider ses connaissances techniques et participer à différentes initiatives et projets du service.
    Responsabilités spécifiques :
    Prépare les états financiers consolidés et non consolidés;
    Produit des analyses financières pour la haute direction;
    Approuve les comptes payables et recevables;
    Prépare le dossier annuel d'audit externe;
    Contribue au processus budgétaire annuel;
    Valide les rapports de TPS, TVQ et autres remises;
    Collabore à la préparation des déclarations fiscales des sociétés;
    Contribue aux projets et mandats pour lesquels son expertise est requise (recherche sur l'application des normes comptables, amélioration des processus comptables et autres);
    Participe activement à la mise à jour de la documentation des processus, y compris les procédures de travail et contrôles liés;
    Contribue aux initiatives et projets du service.
    Détenteur du titre de CPA;
    Deux à cinq années d'expérience en comptabilité;
    Connaissance des normes NCECF;
    Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft Office;
    Excellente communication orale et écrite (français) et bonne maitrise de l'anglais;
    Connaissance des Financiers ORACLE et de Taxprep, un atout.
    Faire preuve de professionnalisme, de rigueur, d'autonomie, de discrétion et d'intégrité
    Sens des responsabilités, excellente gestion des priorités et capacité à gérer des échéanciers serrés
    Souci de la précision, excellente capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
    Capacité à remettre les processus en question, recherche et propositions de solutions efficaces.
