You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of species and cases, providing top-notch care to the small and large animals of Langley, BC.

Our hospital is very spacious and well equipped with an in-house IDEXX lab, digital standard and dental radiology, portable ultrasound, and more Our services include preventative care, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dentistry, oncology, obstetrics, and nutritional consulting.

We are pleased to offer a competitive compensation package with a salary of $100,000-$120,000 with great earning potential based on pay structure and commensurate on experience, industry leading benefits (Health/Dental), Signing Bonus/Retention Bonus, paid vacation, CE and more

Job Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with clients by gathering information and listening to and empathizing with their concerns.
  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures that deliver the highest quality care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort.
  • Communicates with clients on topics such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive health care, and nutritional needs.
  • Maintains client/patient medical/surgical records and makes certain all necessary logs are kept uptodate through established protocols.
  • Stays current on new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine.
  • Presents a positive image of the hospital in the professional community and to the public.
Skills and Basic Qualifications

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in British Columbia.
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics.
