Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
  • Operate machinery such as lathes, laser cutters, and welding equipment
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards
  • Use calipers and other measuring tools for precision work
  • Conduct basic math calculations for measurements and material requirements
  • Utilize hand tools for cutting, bending, and shaping metal parts
  • Perform forklift operations for material handling

Skills:


  • Mechanical knowledge for operating machinery and tools
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading for project understanding
  • Experience with welding techniques for metal joining
  • Ability to use calipers and other measuring instruments accurately
  • Familiarity with lathe operations for metal shaping
  • Competence in quality inspection methods to ensure product standards
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Knowledge of laser cutting processes for precision work
  • Proficient in using hand tools for metal fabrication

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
$30.00-$50.00 per hour
