Key Responsibilities:
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Monitor their complete territory, ensuring the reliability of the Network, planning the growth, avoiding service interruptions for our customers via proactivity assessment / decision.
- Oversee & approve financial investment & spend. Ensure profitability of capital investment of the Company. Ensure network investment scenarios are optimal to maintain profitability and sound use of the company's financial resources.
- Provide guidance, coaching, technical and process training, in the office & in the field specific to customer requests/escalations as well as within the scope of developmental & performance opportunities.
- Provide technical & provisioning recommendations to Implementation Manager/OTR (Outside Technology Research)/ Implementation coordinators and FR (Facilities Representatives) regarding technology opportunities as well as roll out / implement technology changes.
Critical Qualifications:
Essential skills and abilities
Critical:
- In depth Knowledge of Access Network/telecommunications network and dependencies
- Knowledge on Operation's endtoend processes
- Strong project management knowledge and experience.
- Leadership, dynamic, initiative, efficiency
- Deep knowledge and experience of Bell Canada's outside plant and central office environments (min. 5 years of experience);
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (frequent communication with Senior Management)
- Supportive of Team dynamics
- Financial Acumen
- Rigor & organization skills
- Good influence and persuasion in negotiation
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
