    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    We are seeking a skilled Content and SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging and optimized content that drives organic traffic and boosts our online presence.

    This role requires a deep understanding of SEO principles, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. If you are a creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content optimization, we want to hear from you.
    Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
    Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
    Create compelling and informative content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
    Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, and internal links to enhance SEO performance.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content creation with marketing objectives and target audience needs.
    Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
    Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and content marketing.
    Identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement based on data insights and performance metrics.
    Implement technical SEO enhancements to improve website structure, crawlability, and indexability .
    Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in digital marketing and SEO to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Education and Experience
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, and/or in a related field
    Minimum 3 years' experience with communication and online content production

    Skills and Abilities
    Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Content Writer, or similar role.
    In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
    Proficiency in keyword research tools and SEO analytics platforms.
    Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
    Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
    Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive content and SEO strategies.
    Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
