If you're a process-oriented IT Program or Portfolio Manager, passionate about building a culture of Project Management within a large, complex environment, look no further STEMCELL Technologies is looking for a Manager of Project Delivery to lead our Information Services' PMO, providing day-to-day management, leadership and oversight of our growing team.

In this capacity, you will lead, oversee, and develop a team of project managers and business analysts, ensuring that projects are resourced and prioritized correctly, deliverables are completed on time and on budget, and that standards and best practices are being upheld and followed.

You'll help with eliminating obstacles, identifying potential risks, and stepping in to assist in issue resolution as escalations are raised.

Duties and Responsibilities

Building and leading a team of project professionals, developing the team culture and PMO environment through collaboration, mentorship and coaching
Oversee and lead a portfolio of projects, ensuring teams are delivering business objectives in line with the expectations of Senior Management
Collaborate with sponsors and senior management to define project roadmaps and determine project scopes, priorities and resource allocation
Partner with stakeholders at all levels and presents project status to the senior management
Work with project team members to identify and analyze project risks, develop risk management strategies, and produce and control project timelines

Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, PMP certification (or equivalent), with 10+ years of IT project, portfolio, and program management experience
Advanced knowledge of project management fundamentals, and experience providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Experience communicating and influencing within a complex interdisciplinary environment
Experience leading and coaching a team in IT project management fundamentals including; risk management, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and crossfunctional communications
